Today’s Workout: Groups of 4-5 – Each person completes 5 rounds – Rest as needed between rounds.  30 min time cap.

  • Row 200m
  • 120ft Sled Push ( 4 x 30 ft lengths)
  • 10 Toes To Bar
  • 10 Burpees
  • 15 Wall Balls (Sx = 14#/10# – Rx = 20#/14#)
  • 300m Run
