Regionals T-Shirts are in. Please bring $20 cash if you ordered one and pick your shirt up this week prior to going to Boston. We ask that all of you who purchased shirts and who will be in attendance to please wear your shirts on Saturday.

- Monday – Back to business as usual.
- Deadlift – 20 min to work to a heavy set of three reps. If you are trashed from Murph yesterday, please feel free to row/airdyne as recovery and skip today’s strength.
- Conditioning – EMOM10
- Min 1 – 15 Kettlebell Swings (Challenge yourself here)
- Min 2 – Max Abmat Sit Ups
- Finisher – Farmers Carry – 300m as heavy as possible
