Today’s Workout:

  • 5 x 1 Power Clean + 1 Hang Power Clean + 3 Front Rack Lunges Each Leg (Reverse/In Place)
  • Conditioning – 5RFT
    • 7 Clean & Jerk (Sx = 75#/55# – Rx = 95#/65# – CRx = 135#/95#)
    • 10 Box Jumps (Sx = 20″/18″ – Rx = 24″/20″ – CRx = 30″/24″)
  • Finisher – 3 x 10 Strict TTB + :30 Hollow Hold
