- Conditioning – 5RFT
- 7 Clean & Jerk (Sx = 75#/55# – Rx = 95#/65# – CRx = 135#/95#)
- 10 Box Jumps (Sx = 20″/18″ – Rx = 24″/20″ – CRx = 30″/24″)
- Finisher – 3 x 10 Strict TTB + :30 Hollow Hold
No wonder my legs are like Jelly. I did (5) reverse lunges per leg. I def need to listen and pay attention better! Eh Katherine Pedicini ?
