Congratulations to Veronica,  Carla,  Kenny,  Rob, Chris, and Karen, our most recent Fundamentals graduates.  Make sure to introduce yourself when you see them around the gym.

Today’s Workout:

  • Strength –  5 sets x 5 reps
    • Strict Pull Ups + Strict Ring Dips (CRX = Muscle Ups – If you can do one, mix in some singles along with strict pull ups and dips.)
    • ****Make the pull ups and ring dips challenging.  Add weight if possible*****
  • Conditioning – “Helen” 3 Rounds For Time
    • 400M Run
    • 21 Kettlebell Swings (Sx = 35#/26# – Rx = 53#/35#)
    • 12 Pull Ups
  • Finisher – 300M Farmers Carry – Go Heavy!
