05/29/18: Nutrition Challenge Starts June 4!

Hey All,

We will be hosting a 4-week Nutrition Challenge starting next Monday, 06/04.  Details below.

  • Dates: Monday 06/04 – Sunday 07/01
  • Type: Partner Challenge
  • Meal Plans: Macros or Paleo nutrition plans allowed.  For $30 Christina R. will provide you with your macros calculations and a nutrition guide to help you meal prep, food shop, and stay successful on the challenge.  If you are interested in this, email [email protected] and [email protected]
  • The Booze Story – No weekday drinking.  Maximum two drinks allowed on weekends TOTAL.

Today’s Workout:

  • Conditioning – 5 Rounds
    • :40 Bike (Cals)
    • :20 Rest
    • :40 V-Ups (Reps)
    • :20 Rest
    • :40 Light Russian Swings (Reps)
    • :20 Rest
    • :40 Row (Cals)
    • :20 Rest
    • NOTE: Today’s Workout is meant as some recovery and a good sweat after Murph.  If you did not do Murph, you can attack each :40 interval with a hard effort or about 80% RPE.
  • Accessory – Foam Roll Quads / It Bands – 2 min each leg.  Couch stretch 2 x 1 min each leg.  Lax Ball Glutes – 2 min each leg
