05/30/12 – A taste of #4

  • CrossFit For Hope – On June 9 CrossFit Affiliates around the world will be completing a workout named “Hope” to help support St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.  In previous years CrossFit affiliates were called upon to support the Wounded Warrior Project through the event Fight Gone Bad.  This year our focus has shifted to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.  Sign up here to register or sponsor one of CrossFit 908’s athletes!
  • ZenPlanner – Use ZenPlanner for buying your memberships and registering for classes.  Please do not use MindBody anymore!
  • Laurie and her husband Bart have generously offered to host a CF908 BBQ at their house in New Providence this Saturday, June 2nd @ 3PM.  Please RSVP and comment on the post as to what you will be bringing for food/drink!  It will be great to get everyone together and celebrate post regionals.

  1. I’m actually pretty excited for this… one day I’ll try the full regionals wod!

  2. Um, is there going to be a time cap on this WOD? I’m asking because it will take me all day. Seriously.

  3. Maria and I will be attending but we may be a bit late or have to leave early but either way we will bring sausage and peppers and most likely a bottle of something. Feel free to put Maria to work cleaning up.

  4. Well, after what I witnessed Tim do this weekend, I can’t complain! But I can say, holy crap this might take me several classes/days to complete! 😉 hope there is a defibrillator on site!

  5. Might be interesting to not post the WOD so fence sitters like me can only show up and bring it!
