    • AMRAP12 – 50ft Sled Push – Teams choose weight
  • Part B – For Time (15 min cap)
    • 10-20-30 Toes To Bar (Sx = Knee Ups / CRx = 20-25-30)
    • 50-100-150 – Double Unders (Sx = 2x Single Unders)
  • Accessory – 400m Heavy Farmers Carry
