  • Strength – 7×1 Front Squat @ 91% or 5lbs heavier than last week.
  • Conditioning – “Annie”
    • 50 Double Unders
    • 50 Sit Ups
    • 40 Double Unders
    • 40 Sit Ups
    • 30 Double Unders
    • 30 Sit Ups
    • 20 Double Unders
    • 20 Sit ups
    • 10 Double Unders
    • 10 Sit Ups
  • 50 Supermans with a 1 second hold at the top

There are so many things that need to be said about this weekend, but have to wait one more day.  Here is a picture of the team after finishing 2nd and 7th in day 3’s events.  An amazing day!
