Today’s Workout:

  • Strength – Build to a heavy thruster from the floor – 15 min
  • Conditioning – AMRAP20
    • Pace Setter – 200m Run (Sub 250m row OR 0.3 mile bike)
    • Work –
      • 5 Deadlifts (Sx = 75#/55# – Rx = 115#/75# – CRx = 155#/105#)
      • 4 Hang Power Cleans
      • 3 Push Press
      • NOTE – Partner B picks up where Partner A leaves off and vice versa.
  • Accessory – 3 Sets – 20 Banded Tricep Extensions + 10 Dumbbell Curls
