06/04/18: Nutrition Challenge Day #1!

Welcome to the four week 908 Nutrition Challenge.  By now you should have:

  • Picked a partner – If you have not, email [email protected]
  • Joined the Facebook group CrossFit 908 Nutrition Challenges
  • Familiarized yourself with the Scorecard and Guidelines
  • Emailed [email protected] with your starting weight
  • Food prepped and learned all about Macros OR Paleo
  • Told yourself that you can do anything for four weeks, and future you will be super proud of past you for holding yourself accountable.  Remember, never half ass anything….always use your whole ass.  Good luck!

Today’s Workout:

  • Conditioning – 5 Rounds For Total Time
    • 300m Row
    • 15 Burpees
    • 15 Pull Ups (Sx = Jumping Pull Ups OR Ring Rows / CRx = 15 Chest To Bar Pull Ups)
    • Rest 2 min after each round
  • Accessory – 5 Sets – 7 Bent Over Double Dumbbell Rows + 14 Challenging Push Ups (Use a deficit if 14 unbroken is easy)
