06/08/11 – When I dip you dip we dip

CrossFit For HopeWe have raised nearly $10,000 for St Jude’s in a little over a week!  CrossFit 908 is in the top ten of over 800 gyms worldwide!  The workout on Saturday, June 9th will be the CrossFit for Hope WOD.  The only class time is 9am, but we will be running a few heats.  If you cannot make it on Saturday, feel free to do it at the gym today.  Sign up here to register or sponsor one of CrossFit 908′s athletes!

  1. Moving up the leaderboard everyday for Crossfit for Hope!!We are now #7!! I just hit my personal goal of $500 and am still expecting a few more donations! So awesome how we all raised so much so quickly! 908ers really are unlike any other crossfitters! : ) Amazing job everyone! So proud!

  2. Total thread hijack – I see FRS is a CrossFit Games sponsor. Any thoughts on their products – good/bad/ugly/Paleo-friendly… ?
