Today’s Workout: (In teams of 2)

  • 10 Rounds Total (4 each –  alternating each round) – You should be moving fast each round.  30 min time cap.
    • 200m Sandbag Run
    • 21 Kettlebell Swings (Sx – 35#/26# – Rx = 53#/35# – CRx = 70#/53#)
    • 12 Pull Ups
  • Finisher – AMRAP2 – Burpees
