  • Strength – Push Press – 3 x 10 (Focus on cycling the movement)
  • Conditioning – AMRAP10
    • Increasing ladder by 2 reps
      • 2 Box Jumps (Sx = 20″/18″ – Rx = 24″/20″)
      • 2 Ring Dips
      • 4 Box Jumps
      • 4 Ring Dips….
  • Finisher – 300m Farmers Carry (Heavier than last time)
