06/18/18: Thank You!

Thank you to everyone who came out for the Cure for IBD 5k and 1 Mile Fun Run.  CrossFit 908 had a great showing and were an integral part of the largest fundraising team for this event.  Our members are an amazing, generous group of people.  Thank you all so much!

Today’s Workout:

  • Skill – 5 x 8 Strict Handstand Push Ups + 8 Plank Renegade Rows
  • Conditioning – 2 Rounds For Time (17 min time cap)
    • 500m Row
    • 30 Single Arm Dumbbell Hang Clean & Jerk (Sx = 30#/20# – Rx = 40#/30# – CRx = 50#/35#)
    • 100 Double Unders (Sx = 2 for 1 single unders or 2 min of attempts)
  • Accessory – 400m Farmers Carry + 2 min Hollow Hold
