06/22/14: Summertime Challenge Day #14 – Sunday Update

We will be testing a few one-rep maxes this week.  You all have been working so hard, and I am confident we will have well over 100 PR’s tomorrow on front squats.  Make sure to hydrate and eat!  Big day tomorrow!
