06/23/14: PR City! – Summertime Challenge Day #15

Today we are testing our one-rep max front squat.  We have been working hard over the past 10-weeks to strengthen this movement.  Some of you have already surpassed your previous max, which is incredible.  Go into today with the knowledge that you have busted your hump and it’s time to squat more than you ever have. Crush those squats!!!!!

Today’s Workout:

  • Strength – 25 min to find a 1RM Front Squat
  • Conditioning – 21-15-9 reps for time of
    • Dumbbell Thrusters (Sx – 30#/20# – Rx = 40#/30#)
    • Toes To Bar
  • Finisher – Tabata Hollow Hold
