Today’s Workout: (Today’s conditioning is optional. If you would prefer to basque in the glory of your new squat PR, we are cool with that)
- Strength – Back Squat – Find a 1 rep max. The focus for today is building to a heavy back squat single. The hope is that after a 12-week squat cycle we will see some new PR’s! Please ensure that you have a spot for your heavy sets. If you do not feel comfortable spotting, please ask a coach to do it.
- Conditioning – 4 Rounds Each For Time
- Assault Bike (Sx = 10/7 – Rx = 15/10 – Rx = 20/15) – SPRINT!
- Double Unders (Sx = 1:00 attempts / Rx = 50 / CRx = 75
- Rest 2 minutes
- Finisher – 50 Russian Kettlebell Swings (Heavy)
