- 5 x 5 Back Rack Lunge (each leg) – Work to a heavy set of 5. Step back/stay in place
- Conditoining – 3Rds For Time (15 min time cap)
- 20 Pull Ups (Sx = 15 reps / CRx = 25 reps (CTB optional))
- 50 Air Squats
- Finisher – 3 x ME Hollow Hold – Rest 60 seconds between efforts
