06/30/14: Summertime Challenge Day # 22 – Lungeday

We are closed on Friday, July 4th.  We will have a posted workout for Thursday.  You can opt to do it, or still use Thursday as an open gym.

Today’s Workout

  • 5 x 5 Back Rack Lunge (each leg) – Work to a heavy set of 5.  Step back/stay in place
  • Conditoining – 3Rds For Time (15 min time cap)
    • 20 Pull Ups (Sx = 15 reps / CRx = 25 reps (CTB optional))
    • 50 Air Squats
  • Finisher – 3 x ME Hollow Hold – Rest 60 seconds between efforts
