Today’s Workout:

  • Conditioning –  Partner WOD (40 min. Cap)
    5 RFT – Alternate as Desired

    • At the top of every 5 min. both partners run 400m
    • 30 DB squats (sx – 30#|20#    rx – 40#|25#    crx – 50#|35#)
    • 40 Hand Release Push Ups
      **Start workout with a 400m run
  • Accessory
    • 400m Partner Farmers Carry
      **Moving together, one partner carries a heavy set of weights while the other carries a moderate set.  Alternate as needed.
