- Conditioning – 4RFT
- 400m Run
- 15 Power Cleans (Sx = 95#/65# – Rx = 115#/75# – CRx = 135#/95#)
- 15 Ring Dips
- Finisher – 300m Farmers Carry (As heavy as possible)
