07/01/14: Tuesday Triplet – Summertime Challenge Day # 23

We are closed on Friday, July 4th.  We will have a posted workout for Thursday.  You can opt to do it, or still use Thursday as an open gym.

Today’s Workout:

  • Warm Up – 500m Row / 10 Burpee Broad Jumps / 1 Min Double Under Practice
  • Conditioning – 4RFT
    • 400m Run
    • 15 Power Cleans (Sx = 95#/65# – Rx = 115#/75# – CRx = 135#/95#)
    • 15 Ring Dips
  • Finisher – 300m Farmers Carry (As heavy as possible)
