  • Strength – Take 20 minutes to find a 1 rep max power clean
  • Conditioning – “The Great Gaspy” – For Time
    • 75 Thrusters (Sx = 65#/45# – Rx = 95#/65# – CRx = 115#/75#)
  • Rest 5 minutes
  • Finisher – Run 1 Mile
