07/02/14: Summertime Challenge Day #24

Today’s Workout:

  • Shoulder Warm Up – Wall Slides / PVC Pass Throughs / Y’s / T’s – 2 x 10 each – 5 min
  • Strength – 5 x ( 5 Dumbbell Press + 5 DB Push Press ) – You should be challenging yourself to get 5 strict press and then continue right into push press – 15 min
  • Conditioning – 21-15-9 reps for time of – 15 min time cap
    • Overhead Squat (Sx = 75#/55# – Rx = 95#/65 – CRx = 135#/95#)
    • Toes To Bar
    • NOTE – If you are unable to safely perform an overhead squat, you will be performing front squats.  Weights can be increased for front squats.
  • Finisher – AMRAP3 – Sit Ups
