With the long 4th of July weekend coming up, NO yoga today (7/3) or Sunday (7/6).

You have the option to work on your own skills today or make up a workout you missed. The workout below fits into this week’s programming, so if you have been here all week, give it a shot.

Today’s Workout:

  • AMRAP20 –
    • 5 Deadlifts (Sx = 95#/65# – Rx = 155#/105# – CRx = 225#/155#)
    • 10 Box Jumps (Sx = 20″/18″ – Rx = 24″/20″)
    • 15 Burpees
  • Finisher – 3 x 10 Press Ups + 3 x 1:00 Plank
