- AMRAP20 –
- 5 Deadlifts (Sx = 95#/65# – Rx = 155#/105# – CRx = 225#/155#)
- 10 Box Jumps (Sx = 20″/18″ – Rx = 24″/20″)
- 15 Burpees
- Finisher – 3 x 10 Press Ups + 3 x 1:00 Plank
