Summer Saturday Schedule – Beginning this Saturday through Labor Day the class schedule on Saturdays will be 7am/8am/9am only.  The 10 AM class will be canceled for the remainder of the summer.
 
Casey Floyd – Local massage therapist Casey Floyd will be at the gym tomorrow from 7am-9am doing some short massage demos.  Feel free to stop by and check her out.
