    AMRAP 28 – Teams of 4

    • Pacer
      • 400 m Run (2 People Run Together)
        ***If needed, one can run 300 m and one 400 m to keep pacing the same
    • Work
      • 32/24 Cal Assault Bike (Alternate every 8/6 Cals)
      • 200′ Single Arm Overhead Walking Lunges (Alternate Arms & Direction Every 25′)
        ***One partner working on lunges at a time
