08/03/17: 908 Night Out Tonight @ Delicious Heights 7:30pm

Tonight we will be meeting at Delicious Heights @ 7:30pm for some Summer fun.  Hope to see you all there!

Today's Workout:

  • 5 Sets – Superset – Rest 2 min after each set of pull ups
    • 10 Dumbbell Bench Press
    • 10 Strict Pull Ups (Goal is unbroken but challenging.  No more than 3 sets to complete the 10 reps)
  • Conditioning – 10 Sets
    • :20 Bike Sprint for Cals
    • 2 min rest
  • Finisher – Jog 1 Mile
