Today’s Workout:

  • Teams of 2 – For Max Reps / Time
    • 5k Row – Rotate every 500m
    • While one partner is rowing the other partner is performing an AMRAP of
      • 30 Double Unders
      • 6 Strict Handstand Push Ups (Sx = seated dumbbell press)
  • Finisher – 3 x 1:00 Banded Plank – Rest 60 seconds
