08/08/12 – AMRAP, then RUN!

Saturday’s morning classes have been changed.  There will be one class on Saturday @ 7am.  If that is too early for you, you can come to the 908 Beach Day @ Belmar and participate in a 9:30am-ish workout on the beach!!  We hope to see all of you in one of those locations.  More details to come on the beach day.

  • WOD – AMRAP 15
    • 10 Hand Release Push Ups
    • 15 Toes To Bar
    • 20 Wall Balls (20#/14#)
  • THEN (No rest)
    • Run 1 mile (Map below)
