Today’s Workout:
- Strength/Skill – Every 2 minutes complete 2 Power Snatch + 2 Overhead Squats for 5 rounds
- Conditioning – AMRAP15
- 7 Dumbbell Thrusters (Sx = 30#/20# – Rx = 40#/30#)
- 9 Box Jumps (Sx = 20″/18″ – Rx = 24″/20″)
- 11 Toes To Bar
- Finisher – 400m Waiter Carry – Alternate as needed. Scale Up by using 2 DB’s or 2 KB’s. You can’t alternate when you have two. Wah wah!
