  • Conditioning – AMRAP12 –
    • 9 Deadlifts (Sx = 75#/55# – Rx = 95#/65#)
    • 6 Burpees
    • 3 Power Cleans
  • Finisher – 3 x 10 Press Ups + 10 Scorpions + :30 Hollow Hold
