  • AMRAP12 (One partner completes a round while the other rests.  Alternate for 12 minutes)
    • 10 Kettlebell Swings (Sx = 35#/26# – Rx = 53#/35# CRx = 70#/53#)
    • 10 Push Ups
  • Rest 5 min
  • AMRAP12 (Structured the same as above)
    • 5 Pull Ups (CRx = CTB)
    • 7 Burpees
  • Finisher – 1 Mile Run
