- 10 Kettlebell Swings (Sx = 35#/26# – Rx = 53#/35# CRx = 70#/53#)
- 10 Push Ups
- Rest 5 min
- AMRAP12 (Structured the same as above)
- 5 Pull Ups (CRx = CTB)
- 7 Burpees
- Finisher – 1 Mile Run
