6th Annual Garden State Open – Saturday 10/07/17 – Registration opens this Wednesday 10/16 @ 10am.  Check IG and Facebook for workouts.  We have added a Masters 40+ division this year – 10 spots Male / Female.

Today’s Workout:

  • Strength – 5 x 50ft Farmers Lunge – All 5 sets should be challenging.  Increase weight each set.  Use Dumbbells, Kettlebells, or Farmer’s handles.
  • Conditioning – For Total Time
    • 25 Calorie Row / 25 Burpees
    • Rest 3 min
    • 20 Calorie Row / 20 Burpees
    • Rest 2 min
    • 15 Calorie Row / 15 Burpees
    • Rest 1 min
    • 10 Calorie Row / 10 Burpees
    • Rest :30
    • 5 Calorie Row / 5 Burpees
  • Finisher – 3 x 10 Strict Pull Ups / 20 Push Ups
