08/16/17: 2017 Garden State Open Registration Opens Today @ 10am

Today’s Workout;

  • Part A – 5 Rounds – Rest 2 min between rounds – Teams of 4-5
    • Cal Bike (Sx = 10/7 – Rx = 15/11 – CRx = 20/14)
    • 10-15 Ring dips (Goal is to keep sets unbroken.  No more than 3 sets.
  • Rest 5 min
  • Part B – 5 x 3 Hang Squat Clean – Increase weight each set.  Build to a heavy triple
  • Finisher – 3 x 100ft Heavy Front Rack Carry
