08/21/12: New Fundamentals Tonight @ 7:30pm!

CrossFit 908′s next Fundamentals class starts tonight, August 21 @ 7:30pm. Make sure to sign up HERE.

  • Strength – Back Squat – 4×7 @ 80% of 1RM
  • Conditioning – Chipper – For Time
    • 150 Double Unders (3 min time cap)
    • 100m OHWL (45#/25#) (10x10m)
    • 50m Burpee Broad Jump (5x10m)
    • 25 Toes To Bar
  • Accessory – 120 sec hollow hold

Pump CrossFit in East Hanover, NJ will be hosting The Pump Games, which is a two-day, Garage Games Series competition held on September 15 and 16.  There will be some great workouts, and it is a great way to meet some awesome people in the CrossFit community.  Please sign up through the above link if you are interested.

Jon North of Attitude Nation teaches his “hit and catch” drill.  A number of trainers, including myself, have been learning a ton from Jon and the guys at California Strength.  If you are interested in improving your weightlifting, I would definitely recommend giving this stuff a peak.
