DT – In honor of USAF SSgt Timothy P. Davis, 28, who was killed on Feburary, 20 2009 supporting operations in OEF when his vehicle was struck by an IED. Timothy is survived by his wife Megan and one-year old son T.J.

- Coach’s Notes: DT is a HARD workout. 155#/105# are challenging weights, even for experienced CrossFitters. There is no scaling this workout up. Most people should be scaling this workout down. Yes, I know you can deadlift more than the prescribed weight. That is not the point. This is a complex that challenges both your physical and mental strength. It is an incredible workout and should be treated with respect. Form is paramount, and the coaches will be all over your deadlifts today.
