09/01/17: Labor Day Workout

Monday’s Workout will be dedicated to helping out the victims of Hurricane Harvey down in Texas.  Erin and I plan to donate to the Hurricane Harvey Relief Fund.  We hope many of you will consider donating. We can collect money at the gym as well.  See you all Monday!

Today’s Workout:

  • Conditioning – AMRAP20 – “What 4?”
    • Run 300m
    • 20 Front Rack Lunges (Sx = 75#/55# – Rx = 95#/65#)
    • 10 Chest To Bar Pull Ups (Sx = Jumping Chest to Bar Pull Ups / CRx = 5 Bar Muscle Ups)
  • Finisher – Foam Roll Quads and Lats
