09/05/17: Back to Life, Back to Squats

Today’s Workout:

  • Strength – Back Squat – 7 x 3 @ 80-85% of Heavy 5RM on 08/26
  • Conditioning – “The High Road” – 15 min time cap
    • 3 Rounds
      • 500m Hill Run (Out back door, up to 800m mark, in front door)
      • 25 Pull Ups (Sx = Jumping / CRx = 10 Muscle Ups (Ring or Bar) OR 15 Strict Pull Ups)
  • Finisher – 300m Heavy Front Rack Carry

Berkeley Heights 5K – On Sunday, 09/17 @ 9:30am Erin and I will be running in the Berkeley Heights 5k.
