Today’s Workout:

  • Strength – Work to a heavy Thruster from the floor. Power Clean is okay.
  • Conditioning – 21-15-9 reps for time of
    • Thruster (Sx = 75#/55# – Rx = 95#/65# – CRx = 115#/75#)
    • Toes To Bar (Sx = Straight Leg Raise)
  • Finisher – AMRAP3 – Sit Ups
