Berkeley Heights 5K – On Sunday, 09/17 @ 9:30am Erin and I will be running in the Berkeley Heights 5k. We are signed on as a sponsor this year, and we want to show our support for this great charity run by trying to get as many of you to sign up as possible. Nutrition Challenge and Post 5k BBQ – Sunday, 09/18 12pm-2pm @ The Carroll’s – 9 Mountain Ave, Warren, NJ 07059. We will be serving up some nutrition challenge approved food. Christina R. will be going over Macros counting, portioning, and meal prepping. We hope to see many of you there.
