Paleo Challenge – Saturday, 09/22 is the Balanced Bites Nutrition Workshop @ CF 908. It starts at 9am.  Be on the lookout early next week for an email about the challenge piggy backing the seminar.

Saturday AM Classes – The only workout on Saturday will be held @ 7:30am outside. I wonder what it could be!!!!
