    • 400m Run
    • 2 Rope Climbs
    • 30 Sit Ups
    • 2 Rope Climbs
    • 20 Overhead Lunges (45#/25#)
    • 2 Rope Climbs
    • 10 Burpees
  • Finisher – 5 Sets – 5-10 HSPU – Work on kipping or strict
