- 15 Deadlifts (Sx = 115#/75#- Rx = 155#/105# – Crx = 205#/135#)
- 10 Strict Handstand Push Ups (Sx = Dumbbell Press / Rx = Head to Ground / CRx = 4″/2″ Deficit)
- Finisher – 300m Walk – 1 hand overhead / 1 hand farmers . Alternate as needed
