Today’s Workout:

  • Conditioning – Every 4 minutes x 5 rounds
    • Run 200m
    • 15 Deadlifts (Sx = 115#/75#- Rx = 155#/105# – Crx = 205#/135#)
    • 10 Strict Handstand Push Ups (Sx = Dumbbell Press / Rx = Head to Ground / CRx = 4″/2″ Deficit)
  • Finisher – 300m Walk – 1 hand overhead / 1 hand farmers .  Alternate as needed
