  • Skill – Power Clean – 20min to work up to a heavy single
  • WOD – 5RFT
    • 10 Power Cleans @ 60% of your heaviest weight
    • 10 Burpees
  • Accessory – 2rds alternating 30 sec hollow hold + 30 sec superman hold
