09/26/17: See you at 4:30am!

Town Hall at 4:30am (today) Tuesday morning regarding recent policy changes.  There is no class cap for the 5am class today. We will be modifying the workout to be a team workout to accommodate a larger group.

Today’s Workout:

  • Conditioning – For Time
    • 21-18-15-12-9-6-3 reps of
      • Row (Calories)
      • Ring Dips (Sx = Banded / Stationary / Hand Release Push Ups)
      • Run 300m after each set
  • Finisher – 3 x 15 bicep curls + 25 banded tricep extensions
