09/28/17: Cherrypickers Unite!

Today’s Workout:

  • Conditioning – 5 Rounds For Total Time
    • 20/15 Calorie Bike (Sx = 15/10 – Bike should be done @ 90%+ effort)
    • 400m Run
    • 2-3 min rest after each run.  Don’t skip this workout today.  We all need some work either on the bike or running.  Today combines a sprint effort on the bike with about 2 minutes of continuous movement after.  Many times we sprint, then rest.  Today is about trying to keep moving after a short, challenging effort.
  • Finisher – 5 Sets – :30 Hollow Hold/ 15 Glute Bridge / 50ft Bear Crawl
