Today’s Workout:
- Conditioning – 5 Rounds For Total Time
- 20/15 Calorie Bike (Sx = 15/10 – Bike should be done @ 90%+ effort)
- 400m Run
- 2-3 min rest after each run. Don’t skip this workout today. We all need some work either on the bike or running. Today combines a sprint effort on the bike with about 2 minutes of continuous movement after. Many times we sprint, then rest. Today is about trying to keep moving after a short, challenging effort.
