09/30/12: Sunday Update

The CrossFit 908 30-Day Paleo Challenge starts tomorrow, 10/01.  Please make sure you have emailed [email protected] with your weight and 2k row time.  You will receive a link to the Facebook page where you will be posting your points, recipes and support for one another.  Good luck to all of the challengers!

Workout Template – For the 30-day challenge we will be sticking to a template of sorts. Each week we will be back squatting, performing at least one olympic movement, performing one kind of a press, and adding additional cardio as an option 2-days per week.  We think this will be great for both the paleo challenge participants as well as the Garage Games competitors.  Hopefully it is as successful as we want it to be, and it is something we can continue doing.

  • Mon – Back Squat + Chipper + Additional Cardio (AC)
  • Tue – Pull Up + AMRAPs
  • Wed – Clean + Triplet
  • Thurs – Yours + AC
  • Fri – Press + Triplet
  • Sat – Team WOD
