    • Work up to a 3 RM Overhead Squat – Taken from the Ground or Rack
  • Conditioning – “A Gripping Tail”
    For Time  – 18 min. Cap

    • 2 Rounds
      • 25 Burpees over DB
      • 100 Double Unders (sx – 1:30 Attempts)
    • Then
      • 50 DB Snatches (Alternating – sx – 30#|20#    rx – 40#|25#    crx – 50#+|35#+)
  • Accessory
    • 3 Rounds
      • :20 Hollow Hold
      • :20 Side Plank (Each)
    • 300 m Carry (One side Front Rack|Other side Suitcase)
      ***Alternate as desired, but try not to put the weights down
