My first major change on the Lifestyle Challenge happened yesterday morning. I swapped out cream in my coffee for coconut milk. I purchase the kind in the can because they seem to have a bit more consistency. I put the coconut milk in the blender to thicken it a bit, then keep it in the fridge in a protein shaker with a blender ball so I can mix it quickly when I have coffee. Best substitute for cream I have found thus far.
