10/02/13: Lifestyle Challenge – Day #2

Today’s Workout –

  • Split Jerk Technique – 15 min
  • Conditioning – For Time
    • 50 Double Unders (Sub 3-for-1 singles)
    • 5 HSPU (Sx = Strict DB Press / Rx = 25’s to abmat)
    • 40 Double Unders
    • 10 HSPU
    • 30 Double Unders
    • 15 HSPU
    • 20 Double Unders
    • 20 HSPU
    • 10 Double Unders
    • 25 HSPU

My first major change on the Lifestyle Challenge happened yesterday morning.  I swapped out cream in my coffee for coconut milk.  I purchase the kind in the can because they seem to have a bit more consistency.  I put the coconut milk in the blender to thicken it a bit, then keep it in the fridge in a protein shaker with a blender ball so I can mix it quickly when I have coffee.  Best substitute for cream I have found thus far.
