Thursdays are programmed rest days. You can come in to any of the scheduled classes to workout, mobilize, or just hang out. Work on a skill you are trying to improve. Ask a coach for help. Enjoy your day!
Below is a picture of my sister, Katie. Katie is a nurse, and for anyone who knows what shift work is like, eating right is extremely difficult. Kate plans ahead quite a bit, makes sure she has snacks on her, and does her best to make the right choices when it comes to her nutrition. If she can do, so can all of you!
