Every 2 min. for 9 Sets- 2 Power Cleans (90%+)
- Conditioning – “More Power Toe Ya!”
Every 1:30 for 10 Rounds -OR- Until Work Overlaps Time- 7 Toes to Bar (sx – 5)
- 5 Burpees Over the Bar (sx – 4)
- 3 Power Cleans (80% of Strength)
- Rest the Remaining Time
- Accessory
4 Sets- 100′ Waiters Carry (Each Arm)
