Sat classes will be 6:30 & 7:30 AM    —   Sun Open Gym will be from 7 – 8:30 AM

  • Strength
    Every 2 min. for 9 Sets

    • 2 Power Cleans (90%+)
  • Conditioning – “More Power Toe Ya!”
    Every 1:30 for 10 Rounds  -OR- Until Work Overlaps Time

    • 7 Toes to Bar (sx – 5)
    • 5 Burpees Over the Bar (sx – 4)
    • 3 Power Cleans (80% of Strength)
    • Rest the Remaining Time
  • Accessory
    4 Sets

    • 100′ Waiters Carry (Each Arm)
